Types of Insomnia

Some people may fall asleep easily but wake up too soon. Other ]may have the opposite problem, or they have trouble with both falling asleep and staying asleep. All have insomnia issue.

Insomnia is the inability to fall asleep or to stay asleep long enough to get a proper night's sleep. Insomnia can take many forms and may be characterized by one primary problem, but most likely it presents itself as some combination of factors that include trouble falling asleep, difficulty staying asleep, waking up too early, and not feeling rested when you wake up.
